Journey priority

If you book a journey on invoice, preferably via our online platform or app, we will give your journeys higher priority. We understand the importance of timely and reliable service for our invoicing customers and ensure that their bookings are handled with the utmost care.

Booking portal

In addition to the convenience of the booking portal, we offer CAP for larger or more complex companies. Here, we expand the booking portal with additional options such as travel programmes where employees can book for themselves (on invoice) based on specific criteria (via app or online), custom validation fields (e.g. cost centres), Master access for administrators to monitor all journeys, etc.

QR Code and Order Terminal

Company party, reception or other occasion? Offer your guests a simple click and order/scan and order tool with our ordering terminal or QR Code. Order and track a taxi live at a fixed price in just a few clicks. This terminal and QR code are free of charge and must be requested by email.

Kickback promotion / Sponsorship deal

As part of our commitment to making your event experience even more enjoyable, we place banners with a unique QR code at strategic locations. When you book a taxi using this QR code, you’ll benefit from an exclusive discounted rate, lower than our standard fare.
But that’s not all — for every ride booked through this QR code, the event organization receives a 5% kickback on the fare. This way, we support not only the visitors but also the organizers. Enjoy great rates while contributing to the success of your favorite events.

Our user-friendly online platform allows hotels and hospitality establishments to effortlessly arrange taxi services for their guests. With just a few clicks, staff can book journeys, receive fixed prices and track the taxi's progress live. Our tailor-made solutions are perfectly suited to the unique needs of your establishment.

QR Code

With our special QR code, your guests can book taxi rides effortlessly. By simply scanning the code, they can immediately enter their destination and receive a fixed price for the ride. In addition, we offer live tracking so that your guests can follow the car live and see exactly when their taxi will arrive. Companies and organizations can book rides on invoice. Contact info@vtctaxi.be to create a billing account. Once activated, you can quickly and easily book rides digitally via the app or website. A payment term of 14 days applies. Ordering by email is possible but may cause delays of up to 24 hours; digital booking is recommended for faster processing.

Charleroi Airport: In front of the metal barriers at the main entrance
Ostend Airport: Arrival Hall
Lille Flandres Station: At the Relay Shop

Can’t locate our driver right away? Call our landline. Our IT system will recognize the number from your booking and provide you with a status update over the phone. You will then also have the option to be connected directly to your driver.

You can add a cost center during the booking process by entering it in the “Your Reference” field. This reference will appear on your invoice, allowing you to easily allocate costs to the correct department or project.

Please note: this information is not shared with the driver and is used solely for your internal administration.
If your organization has a more complex structure or multiple employees book rides, you can use our CAP (Corporate Account Portal). There, a cost center can be entered for each booking as part of the internal approval process.
