Yes, you will always receive a confirmation with all ride details.
If you book by phone, a confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp to the provided mobile number.
If you book online or via the app, the confirmation will be sent within the app.
No, taxis are not legally required to have child seats. Children under <1.35 m must sit in the back with a seatbelt. If you wish, you are always welcome to bring your own child seat.
A ticket is sent via WhatsApp after the ride. If you haven’t received it, contact us at info@vtctaxi.be or call 056/37.01.02, and we will email it to you.

No, this is for safety reasons. However, you will receive a tracking link, vehicle information, and the driver’s name. Our dispatch team can contact the driver on your behalf if needed.
Companies and organizations can book rides on invoice. Contact info@vtctaxi.be to create a billing account. Once activated, you can quickly and easily book rides digitally via the app or website. A payment term of 14 days applies. Ordering by email is possible but may cause delays of up to 24 hours; digital booking is recommended for faster processing.
